DO YOU LIKE BEER.........AND ICE CREAM!?

Then why not try a SUPERMASSIVE BLACK FLOAT!?
Take a glass and fill it with coffee ice cream (chocolate works too) and pour a bottle of singularity stout over it. The following reaction will produce massive amounts of energy and delicious flavors resulting in a galactic explosion in your mouth.

2 New Galaxy Beers!

Introducing...
Singularity Stout: A chewy coffee stout as dark as the event horizon of a black hole. Brewed with dark chocolatey grains and malts and dark roasted french pressed coffee. Rich flavor with strong hints of coffee; this brew is a delicious gravitational anomaly!

Horsehead Hefeweizen: A smooth flavorful hefe brewed in the style of the mysterious humanoid brewers from a star system in the horsehead nebula made famous for their wheat beers. However this hefe is brewed with earth grains and hops because interstellar importing prices are through the roof in this economy! Best Enjoyed with a slice of gdiff**((ER%%^ or as we call it a blood orange.

The Atheist's Nightmare.

Our next beer is an homage to this amazing video!
It is the absolute (un)deniable truth but this was Beer cadet Nolan & Devin's initial reaction:

Nolan's extreme anger and denial.

Devin's failed attempt at suicide by banana.
.....But after.....acceptance..... who are we to question the beauty of God's Creation?
To celebrate this sweepingly powerful logic we started a beer with real bananas! We brewed a strong dry chocolately brown ale in which we put fresh organic bananas right in the mash.
Here is the recipe for the first batch:
Grains: .5 lbs Dark munich, .5 lbs special Roast, .25 lbs Crystal, .5 Chocolate, .25 Flaked Barley
7.5 lbs Malt Extract (for extra alcohol content and extra epiphanies)
Hops: 1.5 0z Fuggles (for bittering) .5 oz Fuggles (for aroma)
Yeast: European Ale (liquid)
Also.....BANANAS.
we used a whole bunch in the process. 4 in the Mash

We used partial mash method #2 to get more glucose out of the starches.
Unfortunately, the bananas absorbed a lot of the wort, making for a slightly frustrating mash. We suppose it was the almighty lord smiting us for our atheistic heathen ways. After we put 3 more bananas in the hopping process to make sure they got boiled into the wort.

Chilling the wort in a sink of ice. If only the lord would bless us with better equipment ( a wort chiller.....pleasssseeee!!!!) After we filtered it and sealed it up in a pail with a blow off tube. In a week we will transfer it to the second fermenter (carboy) and find some way to incorporate more banana flavor. Though delicious, the initial flavor was somewhat disappointing, it was quite strong and sweet but didn't taste enough like bananas. If we can somehow get more banana in it, it will be the perfect tribute to the beauty of creation.

Just kidding... :D

Welcome to an unexplored galaxy.....of BEER!

Greetings Anthropoids!!! Join Beer Cadets Devin & Nolan on their continuing mission to bring gravitationally gratifying 4-10% ethanol weight by volume fermented barley/malt/hop teas, also known as beers to a universe saturated with thermodynamically unfavorable flavors. Galaxy Beer is "Faster than the speed of taste!"!!!
Let us introduce you to our current experiments.

Big Bang Brew - The start of it all! Our very first beer is a rich hoppy amber ale thats creates a singularity of flavor in your mouth! It will send your taste buds flying in all directions at speeds of 600 kilometers per second.

Pluto Pale - The loneliest of pale ales, it is in fact no longer a planet, it is now....a beer. Smooth body with a crispy refreshing hint of bitterness. Best served at temperatures of about 285 degrees kelvin!

Dark Matter - An ale so dark and mysterious it is undetectable by it's emitted radiation but it's presence can be inferred from gravitational effects on visible matter. Brewed with real coffee, spices, and chile pepper for a flavor that might make you think its holding together the structure of the universe.

Earthling IPA - A fruity but intense reminder of the glory of the planet we live on. This India pale ale has hints of grapefruit, mango, and other earthly fruits that will make aliens say, "take me to your brew master!"
